中国石化新闻网讯 据悉，日本最大的油气上游公司Inpex表示，公司周三已经完成了收购尼克森公司位于加拿大Horn River、Cordova和Liard盆地页岩气项目40%股权的所有必需的程序。
 

　　根据协议，Inpex通过与日本工程公司JGC的合资公司收购加拿大页岩气资产40%股权，尼克森公司仍将持有60%的股权。

　　Inpex Corporation completed the necessary procedures Wednesday to acquire a 40% stake in Nexen's shale gas projects in the Horn River, Cordova and Liard basins in Canada, the largest Japanese upstream company said.
 

　　Under the deal, Inpex acquired the 40% stake in the Canadian shale gas assets through its joint venture with Japanese engineering company JGC, and Nexen holds the remaining 60% stake with operatorship, the company said.
